In With The New!
As the maple-wood display clears some space, new perfumes are allowed to enter...
While I didn't have any plans of launching a new perfume till the wintertime, I'm adding these to the studio display only, so I can see how these 4 fragrances are received and decide what to add to the collection in the future. Most of these are made with rather rare ingredients, so they probably will be limited editions.
And while we're at it, I'd like to hear your opinions: which types of scents are missing from my collection? Are there any perfumes you're dreaming about and would love to smell in the near or far future. Comment below and enter to win samples of the limited editions Jasmine Pho and Tea Rose.

I would love to see an ocean/marine scent to replace coeli. It was truely a beautiful perfume. For some reason I kept finding other that caught my attention more in your collection and never bought the beautiful coeli, maybe some day I will special order it.
I would love to see a scent with citrus, amazing Mediterranean herbal notes, and the cold-stones note you mentioned in the Mediterranean article. Eau D'Italie has some of that, but it could be bolder in the herbal department. "Garigue" Cheers, Steven
Princess Ellie,
Thanks for your input. Orcas is in the making... It's very different from Coeli, but has very watery marine qualities to it.
I would gladly make Coeli on special order for you in the future.
Odysseusm,
Thanks for your comment!
And thanks for enlightening me with a new term for something I'm so familiar with, yet had not idea had a name. The French are excellent at naming things like that... Garigue is a horrible sounding word but a wonderful scent. I love it and find that a lot of Chypre perfumes have that quality. I think you will find that my Ayalitta and Autumn are already quite along these lines...
I'm amused by some of the comments by those who chose "Other" as an option. Someone asked for a dark spicy incensey rose. I think you should try Fete d'Hiver, and also Song of Songs. you might find what you are looking for in either of these scents.
And thanks to you who said you wanted whatever I'm most interested in creating. That would be my choice after all anyway... And I appreciate your support of my creative freedom!
Nevertheless, it's good to get feedback on what you want to smell, and see how it fits in with what I have planned for the next season. I will tell you about that later after more results come in... But so far, it seems like everything is lining up nicely and neatly!
I voted for fruity tobacco. Would love to see how some, maybe not common families mix together :)
Bellatrix,
That one is going to be very interesting...
I've started working on that one a couple of months ago and I love it.
I voted for violet leather. It just sounds so interesting. And I never tire of amber fragrances as long as they are well done. I'm so glad I discovered your blog and am looking forward to trying your fragrances.
Tango,
Thank you for voting and commenting!
There is something about violets... And I love the leather and flower combination. It's very interesting contrast. What I have in mind is not as ethereal as Frangipanni Gloves (frangipanni and suede gloves...) but more powdery and old fashioned, like fur coat with lots of vintage perfume stuck to it...!
