Osmanthus Marathon
In the next few weeks, I will be reviewing all the osmanthus perfumes that I can get a hold of. Osmanthus is an unusual note, and being an expensive and rare perfume material, it is not often used as a main theme. I will be exploring some osmanthus-themed scents, and sharing my impressions with you. If there is any osmanthus perfume I don't know of and you think I should try, drop me a line.

Thank you for keeping SmellyBlog on topic and a great source of information for all readers who seek knowledge about the sense of smell, perfume, incense and the like.
I look forward to this event.
ReplyDeleteHappen to agree with the prior posts;of the three, the Yunnan is preferred, but for refreshment and effervescence-there is not enough Osmanthus to give me that frisson that I desire in my ultimate portrayal...whatever that may be [haven't found it yet!]
I'm betting on you to come up with it, though- you've been hard at work!
